To honor the energy and preparation behind every appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate changes made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. Missed appointments with no prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session rate.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of other clients, with the full service fee still applying.
