To honor the time, energy, and preparation devoted to each session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Rescheduling is welcomed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; changes made within 24 hours may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full session rate. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of other guests, with the full service fee still applying.
